Care & Storage

First, chocolate is meant to enjoy so our first recommendation would be to eat it once you've made your purchase!  If you're unable to eat it right away then the next best thing would be storage.  

Constant storage temperatures are essential to slow down the grey-white discolouration of chocolate which is described as "Fat-Bloom". To help prevent your chocolate from "blooming", we recommend the following-

 

DON'T REFRIGERATE!...

  • Store it in a cool, dry place
  • But even in a cool, dry place: Remember that cocoa butter (the vegetable fat in chocolate) picks up the smell of whatever's around it.
  • Seal it in an air-tight container
  • Keep chocolate away from the light!
